My mom told me I need to fast for three days to clear my system of all food except fruits and vegetables and then after that each week I will add a certain food group to see if I'm allergic to something. Then hopefully all of these horrible stomach aches I get at least twice a day will go away.
Today I had an apple for breakfast, a peach for lunch, and a banana and some salad for dinner. I am starving while everyone else is eating ice cream.. and I still have a stomach ache. I'm going to the doctor's again on Monday and they're going to see if I have celiac disease. I will be diagnosed by Dr. Laub.

hopefully you're just lactose intolerant as emily and i are. then you can join the club of strangeness and also entirely ignoring the fact that you're lactose intolerant via el chai milkshake via teahouse.
ps. how completely unhelpful was grant's comment? completely.

fasting!!!
fasting is definitely good for you, and a great way to cleanse your system. However, you have to aid your fast with the proper necessities such as drinking LOTS of water (2 nalgenes per day is recommended) and drinking tea. They sell a fasting tea specifically for fasting that will soothe your tummy with licorice root which helps stimulate saliva production which will then coat the inside of your empty tummy and protect it from all the harmful acids that are giving you stomache aches.I would definitely recommend it, along with avoiding naturally acidic foods, particularly strawberries, lemons, and most citric fruits while on this diet.
